SERVICE LEVEL 1

DRINKING WATER SAMPLING & REPORTING

A cost effective first step in any assessment of hazards that may compromise the safety of drinking water in an industrial facility.

Service Level 1 Includes:

  • A basic sampling and analysis of potable water from all appropriate Facility points
  • Summarized in a report of the findings.
  • May assist in characterizing water quality, and potentially complying with various standards or regulations.

An Essential Start Point

Level I services may assist in characterizing water quality, and potentially complying with various standards or regulations.

If deficiencies are detected, Level II and Level III services will identify the cause and allow for effective remediation measures to be developed.

CROSS-CONNECTION CONTROL SURVEY & REPORTING

Service Level 2 includes:

  • Point-of-use cross-connection/backflow prevention compliance survey, from the main inlet to all terminal ends of the potable water plumbing.
  • Inventory of all water-using connections and associated backflow prevention devices / assemblies.
  • Cross-connection hazards identified will include corrective action instructions

Service Level 3 includes:

  • Creation of As-Built drawings of your facility potable and process water piping, Delivered in both CAD and hard copy format
  • Point-of-use cross-connection/backflow prevention compliance survey, from the main inlet to all terminal ends of the potable water plumbing.
  • Inventory of all water-using connections and associated backflow prevention devices / assemblies.
  • Cross-connection hazards identified will include corrective action instructions

  • Pipe insulation
  • Flow direction
  • All valves and orientation (open/closed)
  • Dead Legs
